  We thought the Tampa Zoo was great! Kids ages 5 and 8 loved it. The whole place was spotlessly clean and just about everyone had on masks even outside. You had to have one on inside any building 100%. All the animals were well maintained and the place was spotless. I think we Grandparents enjoyed it as much as our Granddaughters! We stayed about five hours and saw it all.

  My experience was great we loved the tour of the animals the staff was very polite and helpful and the amenities for the kids was fun

  Entry process was fine and price was definitely worth it. We however were very disappointed with this room which I have been many times before and really loved. They were doing renovations everywhere and no one knew what was open so we we continually sent to places that were closed. Internal communications and signage were terrible.

  The aquarium was great but not the zoo! Many attractions at the zoo were closed for refurbishment. Food venues and rides, and shows were closed. WE waited 45 minutes for a kids cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. They should have indicated on their web site that not everything was operating. Certainly their map should have indicated things that were closed. Many unsupervised children with field trips. BAthrooms were a mess and very crowded possibly partially due to this.

  A good zoo will appeal to both children and adults. Quiet and calm, you can spend all day here). Animals groomed

  Great zoo! Lots of things for kids, great animal exhibits, friendly staff. Easy to navigate, clean and well maintained.

  Great savings by buying tickets on line. The zoo has so much to offer. Unfortunately one area doesn't flow smoothly to the next. Not a lot of animals but enough to get a nice assortment. the aquarium was smaller and could be done in an hour or so

  What a nice zoo for one so young. A very kid-centric zoo but we adults enjoyed it. The steep admission price was saved by it basically being an annual pass. It would be nice if a one-n-done inexpensive pass were available for out of town tourists. It was nice to see all the construction being done to keep the facility nice but as a result, not all exhibits were open. Some of the enclosures made animal viewing difficult do to the location of the animals. Feeding by the fence would be nice. The tram was a nice way to see the animals but don't sit backwards. The zoo has animals I had never seen before. The panther kittens were fun to see but yet again, Florida has no bears. The zoo bear was in his den, hidden from sight.

  This was an all adult adventure. We really liked the Makow flyover and the many other interactive animal experiences. This is a nifty little zoo with a lot going on.
